CONSULTING FEES

Initial Consultancy – Complimentary

Personalised Journey Design fee*
£100 – Curated Getaways (up to two destinations)
£200 – Elegant Journeys (three to eight destinations)
£350 – Exquisite Adventures (up to twelve destinations)

*Fees are per person unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted are in GPB (Great Britain Pound).

Cancellation Fees

Commission retention or 10% of total cost of sectors booked, unless otherwise advised

Bank and Credit Card Fees

Bank and Credit Card fees may apply, according to merchant fees. 

Concierge Fees

£40 – Services: SPA appointments, fine-dining reservations, Airport transfers and Chauffeur services (per booking)
£50 – Ticket reservations (per person)

Fees are applied in line with Sedgemore Travel’s fee schedule and are non-refundable. These charges are separate from any fees that may be imposed by third-party suppliers. By instructing Sedgemore Travel to make bookings on your behalf, you agree to cover these fees.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your arrangements with Sedgemore Travel and apply to all bookings made on your behalf:

Prices
All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Prices can fluctuate due to factors like currency changes, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other provider-related increases beyond our control. Any increase prior to full payment will be passed on to you. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing when it is provided, we reserve the right to update pricing at the time of payment if necessary.

Payment Options
We accept direct deposits and credit cards. In some cases, your credit card may be charged directly by a supplier, such as an airline or hotel. By providing your credit card details, you authorise us to pass this information on to the relevant supplier. Please note that direct deposits may take time to clear, so to avoid cancellations or late fees, ensure payments are made at least three days before any due date. Credit card payments incur a 1.8% merchant fee (Visa/Amex/Mastercard accepted).

Cancellations and Amendments
Some travel arrangements may be non-refundable and non-changeable. In the event of a cancellation, you may incur fees. Sedgemore Travel applies cancellation and amendment fees in accordance with our fee schedule, in addition to any charges imposed by suppliers. It is your responsibility to review a supplier’s cancellation and amendment policies before making a booking. While we will make every effort to provide you with up-to-date information on these fees, please contact us if you need clarification or assistance.

Refunds
If you cancel your travel arrangements and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed once the funds are received from the supplier. Sedgemore Travel will keep you informed of the expected timeframe, which may be up to 12 weeks.

Commission
Sedgemore Travel may receive commissions, rebates, or incentives from suppliers related to bookings made on your behalf. These commissions are retained by Sedgemore Travel as part of our service.

Force Majeure
Sedgemore Travel accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the inability to perform its obligations due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances (a “force majeure event”).

Travel Insurance
Sedgemore Travel highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking and whenever payments are made. While we can assist with insurance quotes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you and any dependents are adequately covered. It’s also important that you review and understand the Product Disclosure Statement provided by your chosen insurer. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you may be required to sign a disclaimer.

Hotel Memberships & Special Requests
Please provide your Hotel Membership Programme details and any special requests when booking. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee them.

Liability
Sedgemore Travel is not an agent of any supplier and does not guarantee the performance of services offered by third-party providers. We do not accept liability for any incidents or losses resulting from a supplier’s failure to fulfill their obligations. In such cases, you agree that your remedy lies with the supplier, not Sedgemore Travel.

Accuracy of Information
Sedgemore Travel takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of all information provided to you and does so in good faith. However, such information may be subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of information supplied by third parties, and we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or misleading information provided by a supplier. It is your responsibility to assess the accuracy and relevance of any content or advice offered.
